Cisco offers many solutions that you can integrate with Cisco CallManager to enhance the capabilities of the Cisco IP Communications solution. Some solutions are already integrated into CallManager, such as CallManager Serviceability, and other solutions are available as plug-ins in Cisco CallManager Administration (Application > Install Plugins). Other solutions detailed in this appendix are external to CallManager and must be installed or integrated separately.
