Today’s compute environment is exciting and changing quickly. Within a five-year period, we have seen technology innovation move from the business sector to the consumer sector. During this time, we have also seen virtualization increase the consolidation and mobility of systems, cloud computing, and consumer devices being used in the business.
All of this evolution of computing have one thing in common—the network. The network is the foundation that enables virtualization, cloud computing, and end users to bring their own devices to work. As such, the network plays a critical role to ensure the possibility of today’s compute environment.
