ip multicast-routing
To enable IP multicast routing or MDS, use the ip multicast-routing global configuration command.
To disable IP multicast routing and MDS, use the no form of this command.
ip multicast-routing [distributed]
no ip multicast-routing

This command first appeared in Cisco IOS Release 10.0. The distributed keyword first appeared in Release 11.2(11)GS.
When IP multicast routing is disabled, the Cisco IOS software does not forward any multicast packets.
