Chapter 3. Large-Scale Enterprise Requirements for IP Telephony
The first two chapters provided an overview of the Cisco IP telephony (IPT) solution, a brief introduction to the various components and protocols involved in an IPT network, and a tutorial on the planning, design, implementation, operation, and optimization (PDIOO) methodology to deploy IPT networks. The customer requirements provided in this chapter are used as the basis for the planning activities described in this book.
