router ospf process-id

Syntax Description:

process-id—. The OSPF process ID. The range of values is 1 to 65535.

Purpose: Used to enable one or more OSPF processes on a router. The process ID is only significant on the local router. Use the no form of the command to remove an OSPF process.

Before you enable an OSPF process, there must be at least one active interface with an assigned IP address. OSPF uses the highest IP address assigned to an active interface as the OSPF Router ID.
