BGP Troubleshooting
In this section, we cover the diagnosis of a few BGP related problems on the Cisco router. Because of the flexibility of the BGP protocol, there are a great many problems that can be encountered when using BGP to exchange routing information between autonomous systems. Most BGP problems you will run into will be routing policy implementation errors. This means that the configurations of the routers in your network do not implement the routing policy that you defined correctly. We will cover some of the more common problems here.
