Use Cases
It is now time to look at some sample use cases on how to build a virtualized CCE deployment using either the B- or C-series servers. Although this chapter focuses on Unified CVP virtualization, most deployments are Unified CCE in nature; therefore, you need to provide complete samples for how each of the components in a Unified Contact Center Enterprise (CCE) solution would co-habitate and share ESXi Servers. Furthermore, the following considerations apply to all the use cases presented here:
