As per Covey’s words of wisdom, if civility is a problem in your workplace, just talking about it is not likely going to resolve your issues. Discourse certainly has its place, but when habits are ingrained, expectations not clearly defined, and/or when people do not know what they do not know, training is how to solve the problem.
