It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

16.1 Statistical Testing
The fundamentals of statistical testing based on usage models were provided in Chapter 5. The work flow for testing and certifying the SOS is summarized in the following list:
Step 1: Define certification plan.
1. Set goals.
2. Define users, uses, and environments.
