Initiating Conversations
This is the most challenging but also the simplest part of initiating relationships. We make it harder on ourselves than we need to. The bottom line is that you simply need to have a dialogue with someone to see if a synergy is there.
Going up to someone in person
This section will be very short. I am not a fan of contrived pickup lines and the like. Simply go up to someone and introduce yourself. “Hi, I’m Larina.” You don’t need anything fancy. If something else comes to mind—a compliment, an association, the way that you know the person, a mutual connection, or something else—that is great, but if not, that is fine too.
