Satisfaction

Our relationships with our clients became enjoyable. We work all the time, yet it never seems like work. Our work is one long series of enjoyable exchanges with people we help. Because we are honest, competent, and caring, we help people a lot. And the ones we’ve helped the most are the ones we remember the best. A reporter once asked us to name the dollar amount of our largest sale. I couldn’t recall without taking a long pause to think about it. The clients we’ve helped the most, however, jump to the forefront. There was the time we moved Mr. Williams to a small condo. This was to be his last move, and all he had was the equity in his house. We got him top dollar and made sure he bought in a safe neighborhood while conserving his cash. He had been a clockmaker, and we helped him sell all his clocks. We supervised the movers and made sure his refrigerator was stocked. I have no idea how much commission we earned, but we will never forget how good we felt.
