Our team is a team of Stuarts. Every agent of Those Callaways serves every other agent. Every agent puts teammates first. Clients First gave rise to this team. By simply saying that their mission is to put the Clients First, they have, by extension, put each other first.

JoAnn and I lead by example. We treat every member of the team with open honesty. There are no secrets. We owe our team competency. We constantly work to improve our skills at bringing in the business. We strive to lead our team through the good times and bad. We care deeply about each team member. We celebrate holidays and birthdays. We have an Agent of the Year award we present to that team member who best personifies Clients First. We have contests and Super Bowl pools.
