TWENTY SIX Macro Through the Seasons

 

THERE is no doubt that spring and summer are the busiest and most productive seasons in the macro calendar. The flora and fauna are at their peak and most colourful. Insects and flowers attract the largest group of photographers; however, it’s imperative to keep up your photography through the least productive months. It’s easy to slip into seasonal dormancy when autumn comes to an end. Many photographers reduce their field activity in exchange for the warmth and comfort of the fire, and to catch up with the backlog of unprocessed images accumulated through the spring and summer months.
