THERE are many situations when you may need to show a group of images collectively. For example, it might be for a client who wants to choose from a collection of photographs for publication or when you want to illustrate a community of organisms from a particular habitat or variations within a species or for identification purposes. Contact sheets can be used in a variety of ways, but especially when you want to illustrate photographs collectively.
