The lifecycle journey begins by looking at client lifecycle management as a loosely defined products/services portfolio potentially delivered to multiple organizations by multiple service providers (both internal and external) in a “stovepipe” enterprise model. Then the solution itself begins to transform, in a building-block approach (as discussed in the following sections), into a deliverable.
