Chapter 31. User Segmentation and the Closed Loop Lifecycle Planning Model
In the initial chapter of this book, the closed loop lifecycle planning model was introduced. At the foundation of the model are the various lifecycle elements that comprise the overall bill of material required to support a client access device. This premise is then scaled across the enterprise.
