Conclusion: Five Lessons for Leaders
If you’ve stayed with me to this point, I hope you’ve learned some tactics you can put into practice today and in the future. And now I’d like to ask you to step back from the nitty-gritty details of execution and take at broader look at some “big picture” principles.
The survey results that inspired this book point to five general lessons for leaders who are trying to enhance their ability to execute plans and initiatives and deliver consistent results.
