It is to address what a business needs. The main topic of this chapter is to find the way that how we can translate the business terms (or a business strategic goal) into the language that a cloud service provider can fully understand. Subsequently, the cloud service provider can provide or recommend the possible right solutions for the business needs so that the cloud decision maker can make the right strategic decision and to meet the current and future challenges.
