A Case Study
Chapter 3 shows an example how to define the business needs and find an effective solution based on the second chapter’s process. It is one of study cases for cost rationalization by leveraging cloud solution. In order to define the right cloud solution for IT cost rationalization, we have to first clarify all stack lays of the cloud infrastructure. It intends to lay the foundation of cloud cost infrastructure based on the idea of IT infrastructure Opex rationalization.
