Start by opening https://try.run.pivotal.io/gettingstarted in your internet browser. This will take you directly to the PWS account creation screen to fill out the basic information needed to establish an account, as shown in the following screenshot:
A verification email will be sent to your email address that will provide you with a link to create your PWS account:
When you're ready to log in, open https://login.run.pivotal.io/login and it will open the sign in page, shown as follows:
