Even though we talk to people for our whole lives, studying real people can be intimidating. Especially face-to-face interviews. Don’t worry! These lessons walk you through a bunch of ways to get subjective information from users, both in-person and from a distance.

There are many ways to research users, and each has strengths and weaknesses. You will learn what user research is, how to ask questions, create surveys, observe users, and then put it all together into “personas” to guide your design choices.
