One vital responsibility is the management of security. You can think of clouds as Infrastructure Elsewhere, but the security of all infrastructure must be managed. In this chapter, I spell out the basics of getting to know your business so that you can best create a security plan, which is the first step toward optimal application and data security when using clouds.
