Purpose
The purpose of Project Planning (PP) is to establish and maintain plans that define project activities.
Tip
In planning, you determine the requirements to be fulfilled, the tasks to be performed, and the resources and coordination required. You then document all of this information so that you can obtain the needed resources and commitments.
