This case study is but one example of creative, intelligent, and motivated professionals applying CMMI in their organization. We were impressed by this group’s summary of their experiences and how they persisted until they found a way to apply CMMI to help them with their process improvement. We have found that organizations in increasingly diverse industries and environments are using CMMI to help with their process improvement programs in various ways.
