Change is not a stranger to humankind or business. In our history, we have gone from horse carriages to cars with engines, and to self-driving cars today. Digital technology has positively changed the way we live, communicate, and collaborate.

The “change” itself has also changed. While our world has constantly experienced change, the rate of change is speeding up. Markets and business models and technologies are transforming at an accelerated rate, unlike anything that past generations have witnessed.

Currently, the business environment needs to be redefined more often due to these unprecedented changes and a world of uncertainty and volatility – constant change has become our new normal.
