Chapter 12. When Will I Get There?
A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single footstep (Tzu), but certainly it should end at some point. Who wants to go on forever becoming an agile coach? As with most things that cause us to grow and change, no finish line gleams in the distance. No specific time or set of skills proclaim loudly “you have arrived” at agile coachdom. We agile coaches just keep learning and integrating new skills into our coaching for the sake of our teams’ splendor. Certainly, we hit flat parts in the climb where we can catch our breath and rest in the skills and behaviors we have mastered thus far.
