A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single footstep (Tzu), but certainly it should end at some point. Who wants to go on forever becoming an agile coach? As with most things that cause us to grow and change, no finish line gleams in the distance. No specific time or set of skills proclaim loudly “you have arrived” at agile coachdom. We agile coaches just keep learning and integrating new skills into our coaching for the sake of our teams’ splendor.
