The profession of coaching leaders presents future coaches with a classic “Catch-22” dilemma: you can't get experience without a job and you can't get a job without experience.

When I was younger, I was fortunate enough to learn from some master teachers, such as Richard Beckhard, Peter Drucker, Paul Hersey, and Bob Tannenbaum.
