Since this book was first published more than 20 years ago, no one chapter needed more updating than this chapter on diversity. Although the advice was solid, people’s understanding of what diversity in the workplace has grown exponentially. With a rapidly changing workforce and a big push for companies to be more inclusive of minorities and underrepresented groups, diversity has gone from a back-burner topic to a front-burner focus in a few short years.
