Coaching skills are developed slowly and through practice—a learning continuum of sorts. Because coaching occurs in conversations, most of your after-class activities will involve discussions (even if virtual). This means that to build coaching capability at your workplace, you will need to have an after-workshop plan that makes connections between coaches and performers consistently and over time.
