In vstipProj0004 (02.14 Roll Your Own Project Template with the Export Template Wizard, page 64), we discussed how to create custom project templates, but it doesn’t show you how to organize them. Fortunately, that’s pretty easy. After you have created one or more custom project templates, browse to My Documents\Visual Studio <version>\Templates\ProjectTemplates. For example, on my machine, the full path is My Documents\Visual Studio 2010\Templates\ProjectTemplates.
