As an ambitious entrepreneur, I am constantly striving to push my team to achieve new heights. The problem with this is you don't give yourself a pat on the back during the journey. With the help of my coach, Graeme Godfrey, I've learned to reward the journey, not just the destination.

My wife Shana sent me this post on 9 November 2012 (Figure 2.1).

This was the day my first self‐published book Coffee’s for Closers arrived at our house. It was a special moment for us.

Ten years later, on that same day, I was flying from London (Heathrow) to Atlanta, Georgia (Figure 2.2).

The reason for flying to Atlanta was to record 336 videos at Jeb Blount's studio. These videos will be going on his incredible platform, Sales Gravy, to share with his huge, and well deserved, sales tribe.

If you haven't heard of Jeb Blount, then you clearly haven't read many sales books. Apart from writing 15 bestselling books, all published by Wiley, he is a sales guru. I have read every single one of his books and studied this man for the last 12 years.
