Abstract
The sharing of resources results in better performance at a cheaper cost, making grid and cloud computing an attractive choice for high-performance computing. It enables the cooperative use of a variety of resource allocation distributed virtual machines. The objective is to reduce the cost while achieving maximum resource utilization, minimal reaction time, and a load that is evenly distributed among all the resources used in a grid and cloud. Fault-tolerant scheduling is an essential step to maintain backup overloading that is utilized for independent initiatives to cut costs. Integration, security framework interoperability, and participant trust relationships are the primary issues. It provides the modified fuzzy-logic-based self-adaptive resource allocation and scheduling method. Security requirements are transformed into a fuzzy collection using empirical membership functions. With this strategy, scheduling success rates are higher and performance against resource failures is robust. In cloud computing, a few techniques are already in use for resource allocation. The novel resource allocation technique based on hybrid fuzzy clustering will be ...
