Abstract
The original site from where the tumor originates is known as the primary tumor. There are three types of tumor in which benign tumor are the most common type of tumor. The further stage of the primary tumor can lead to cancer. In this paper, algorithms are performed on 339 instances of the primary tumor dataset with Weka 3.8 software. The dataset is trained using many machine learning algorithms and the outcomes have been analyzed using the values of accuracy, F-measure, TP rate, FP rate, MCC, and AUC.

13.1 Introduction
The tumor is the clustering of cells that grow abnormally or metastasize. “Primary” is the first site where the tumor originates and begins to produce cancerous cells [1–3]. The primary tumor is also known as a benign tumor. A primary tumor is generally not life-threatening but, in some cases, it may form cancerous cells, which can lead to a secondary tumor that is deadly. In a primary tumor, the affected cells lose programmed cell death due to which the cell functions get disordered and uncontrollable growth of defected cells starts to form clusters inside the body. The primary tumor is further divided into various types based on the symptoms, ...
