Abstract
This chapter presents the main topics discussed in individual chapters of this book. The topic undertaken, namely the description of cognitive management systems, makes it possible to assess the impact of semantic analysis methods on the development of the subject of data and information management. Aiming this type of analysis at the semantic, cognitive interpretation of the analyzed datasets points to new directions in the development of intelligent information systems.
