Abstract

Lips have been claimed to be a unique part of the body and hence can be considered suitable for being a characteristic for biometric systems. The uniqueness of lips has been proven by the researchers by using color information and shape analysis. These measures of lip along with the movement patterns during speech are unique for every person.
