After a brief but encouraging conversation with Dee before he left for work, Dave was feeling optimistic. But soon after reaching his office, he encountered turbulence. Lisa Virani called to ask him to intervene in a dispute the production department—her group—was having with research and development—Wayne’s group—in the R&D conference room.
