The true test of collaborative software teams lies in their ability to move through decisions, complete work, deliver software, all without causing undue damage to the fabric of the team. How teams move from decisions to action speaks volumes about all the other topics visited to this point: the facilitative, servant style of the leader; the collaborative, self-organizing nature of the team; and the inherent respect and trust built into both the team-level communications and the one-on-one communications.
