The Underlying Communication

In real estate, as they say, it’s all about “Location, location, location.” In collaboration, we might borrow this mantra to say instead that it’s all about “Communication, communication, communication.” With this in mind, communication for any workshop or collaborative meeting relies heavily on what I refer to as the organizing tools you apply to ensure effective communication. Although teams can benefit from any number of information radiators or billboards during a meeting, the organizing tools discussed here are a specific class of information device for managing the meeting.
