In real estate, as they say, it’s all about “Location, location, location.” In collaboration, we might borrow this mantra to say instead that it’s all about “Communication, communication, communication.” With this in mind, communication for any workshop or collaborative meeting relies heavily on what I refer to as the organizing tools you apply to ensure effective communication.
