Chapter 26. Scrum

The Scrum methodology formulates an agile context through a series of meetings that bookend its timeboxes of software delivery:

•   What product functionality can we complete in the next 30 days—Sprint Planning Meeting

•   How well are we meeting our commitments—Daily Scrum

•   What product functionality have we delivered—Sprint Demo and Review Meeting

While other meetings take place, these meetings form the backbone of collaboration, team building, business focus, and inspection for the Scrum team.
