As can be seen, there were many areas of feedback, much of which was addressed through the PSCM excellence initiative. In particular, however, two stakeholder feedback areas stood out in terms of presenting an opportunity to modify existing suboptimal working practices to create significant value through enhanced collaborative working and joined up thinking. These were ACX’s demand planning capability, and the management of ACX’s key/high-risk contracts.
