Overview
Die menschzentrierte Gestaltung interaktiver Produkte erfolgt heute typischerweise in interdisziplinären Teams, in denen die kollaborativen Aktivitäten der einzelnen Teammitglieder zielgerichtet orchestriert werden. Die fachliche Darstellung wird anhand eines durchgehenden Praxisprojekts illustriert.
Die 2. Auflage wurde komplett überarbeitet, die Themenbereiche »Research« und »Validierung« vertieft, und um zusätzliche Werkzeuge erweitert.
