RED-EYED TREE FROG

When drawing animals like this tree frog, subtle shifts in color and value are important for defining the animal’s anatomy. In this project, the grays on the throat and the oranges on the feet are layered to help create the illusion of roundness and dimension. Delicately changing the amount of pressure you use when applying color is very helpful to create realism when drawing live subjects.
