Abstract:
This chapter discusses colour trends, the main influences that affect colour trends, the importance of colour trends in design and material and the interaction of colour trends with our daily consumption or conservation of design. It also sheds light on the colour forecasting process and its implication when it comes to predicting consumer demand, improving saleability of products and appealing to a diverse target audience.
