As a quick review, we believe in an evidence-based approach for crisis communication. The evidence-based approach fuses the best research findings with practitioner experience to create crisis communication interventions. The foundation of the evidence-based approach is the “evidence” created by academic and industry research. The best academic research is theory-driven. That means the research is based upon a theory.
