As a leader, your most important task is to determine what kinds of actions to take and changes to make, and then to communicate them to your followers and persuade them to action. Quite simply, an effective leader must determine a vision for the future, communicate it to followers, and motivate them to work toward reaching that goal. In even simpler terms, the leader determines an objective and implements plans to achieve it. There are several things a leader can do to increase the probability of success.
