Why Evaluate Your Program?
Evaluation is feedback. It is the quickest, surest way for you, as the facilitator, to learn if the messages and instruction are reaching the participants and if the participants are absorbing the content. It is also important for you to evaluate the participants’ rate of progress and learning.
