9.1 A road map to system change
Thus far, the monograph has concentrated on the static description and analysis of economic systems. This chapter shifts the emphasis to change in systems, including the transition problems that are encountered as basic system rules are altered.
This chapter discusses the sources of change (dissatisfaction with outcomes, new states of the environment, access of new elites to power, etc.).
