How Team Leader and Sales Manager Jobs Differ
At our seminars, executives sometimes say to us that a sales or customer team leader is really no different from a frontline sales manager—a district or branch sales manager. We do not find this to be the case. We find that the sales and customer team leader jobs are really quite different from the frontline sales manager job. Before we go further, therefore, we want to describe some trends and practices that lead us to this conclusion.
