When you want a job done right, hire an expert. This statement is just as true for CI as it is for anything else. When you need high-quality information and insight, hire an expert (or several experts, to create a panel) to answer questions and provide guidance on the specific issue you’re currently researching. Experts in any given field have the breadth and depth of knowledge required to tackle complex issues and provide foresight into where your industry or customers in a certain market segment are headed.
