B. S. Manoj is currently Professor and Head of the Department of Avionics, Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), Thiruvananthapuram, India. He worked as associate professor at IIST from 2011 to 2016 at the Department of Avionics, IIST.
Manoj was an Infosys doctoral student during 2000 and 2003 in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, Chennai, India, where he focused on the development of architectures and protocols for ad hoc wireless networks and next-generation hybrid wireless network architectures.
